Mail coming from an address included into the » black list» will not get into your mailbox . Letters received from an address included in the «white list» will always get to the Inbox of your mailbox — even if they have clear signs of spam. Work with email in Microsoft Outlook As we noted earlier, work with email , you can not only on the mail server , but also with special mail programs , also known as e-mail clients . One such program is Microsoft Outlook, author and developer of which is the company Microsoft. This program is part of the popular office suite, Microsoft Office, as well as this package is extremely popular , almost every user has the opportunity to work with this email client. Note that Microsoft Outlook is not just for e- mail — it is a handy organizer, allowing to solve a wide range of very different tasks ( time planning , event reminders , etc.). But in this book , we consider the functionality of Microsoft Outlook only from the perspective of the electronic correspondence . User interface and basic software tools To run the program , use its shortcut on the desktop or click Start > All Programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Outlook. This will open the main interface of the program , which is presented in Fig. 5.8. Fig . 5.8. Microsoft Outlook is In the upper part of the window is the main menu of the program , which includes the following items: File , Edit, View , Go , Tools , Actions and Help. The list of commands that are part of the main menu items may depend on the current mode of operation .
